Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Shop Basix, some products may be available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy offers. This policy explains how these purchase options work and how cancellations are handled.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout.

  • Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each delivery, unless you choose to prepay.
  • Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the selected term.
  • You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

To manage or cancel your subscription, use the link provided in your order confirmation email. Subscription changes must be made before the next scheduled shipment to avoid charges.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase items that are currently out of stock or scheduled to be released at a future date.

  • At checkout, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount, depending on the product.
  • If only a partial payment is collected, the remaining balance will be charged once the item is ready to ship.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the pre-order has already been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you may request a refund according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Try Before You Buy

For try-before-you-buy purchases, we authorize your payment method before shipping the item but do not immediately charge you.

  • You will have a specified evaluation period to decide whether to keep the item.
  • If the item is returned within the allowed time frame, no charge will be applied.
  • If the item is not returned within the evaluation period, your payment method will be charged the full purchase amount.
